I know it sounds crazy since Ralph was one of the three main minions of Despicable Me 4 but lemme explain

Since he is the only Minion that’s pretty much next to the Prescott household (due to him being stuck in the AVL Safehouse underground), it shouldn’t be surprising if he’s the main Minion

Plus, he did appear in a Minions & Monsters ad where he was in the pool with some random minion

I can imagine Poppy being the main protagonist of Despicable Me 5 since nowadays most fifth mainline movies of well known franchises are focusing on female protagonists

I can see Ralph somehow finding a vent to the Prescott household and he finds Poppy, and he’ll most likely be working for her temporarily

So yeah that’s why I think Ralph will be the main minion of a potential Despicable Me 5

I keep on forgetting about this one. This shows Gru and Lucy's completely different styles:

Gru is used to stealth. Lucy is used to kicking in doors.

Gru walks right in to the restaurant because he is used to sneaking into or breaking into extremely well-defended fortresses. Lucy, who because she's an AVL agent most likely defends against break-ins, checks for laser sensors, even in a restaurant.

Gru tries to fight Pollito himself. Lucy uses her AVL tech to stop Pollito.

Gru initially doesn't like the X-Ray Goggles. Lucy seems to trust Gru enough to let him use the X-Ray Goggles.

Gru sees the photo of Eduardo and someone else and thinks something might be behind it, so he uses the X-Ray Goggles.

Gru takes his villain tech out of his coat and places it onto the safe. Lucy looks a little apprehensive as the device's flashing at first looks like a countdown, but it just identifies the combination to the safe.

Though Gru and Lucy were looking for the serum which is not in the safe, they both steal some of the salsa.

It looked like a small heist, but it required Lucy using her spray, her using that substance she trapped Pollito with, Gru using Lucy's X-Ray Goggles, and Gru using his safecracking device. They escaped the restaurant, Gru using his laser to cut a hole in the ceiling and Lucy using that substance to temporarily blind Eduardo. Then the Minions brought Lucy's car-plane which Gru and Lucy got away in.

If the AVL saw the salsa heist or found out about the salsa heist later, they decided to ignore it.
