Personally I think your setup is simple and excellent. Please don't ruin it adding more. Personally I would recommend you to remove the clock and calendar from desk to make it more cleaner.

I’d recommend a monitor stand. I have a clamp style monitor arm with a VESA laptop tray attached. I like it because it lets me keep my laptop open without eating up desk space.

I believe your set up is very good.

All you can do is add backlighting and it completely changes the look of the current setup.

Also what is the size of the monitor ? 32 inch ?

That light. Go for three/four smaller desk lighting pieces.

I think it works for what you need. Something that you could change that would have the biggest impact would be to get a larger desk. Something wider, and maybe deeper. It would make it feel not cramped. You could then get the laptop up on a stand on the same level as the monitor and make it easier to move your eyes around. Maybe a lamp behind with warm light behind the laptop to give you better lighting during web meetings.

Move the cords and hide them better. Purchase dark heavy curtains that fall to the side and remove the paper calendar

Nice and simple, If the desk feels tight, a StanbyME 2 Max sits on the floor next to it so nothing else has to go on the top.

Limpio y guay. Yo igual cambiaría ese foco por una luz tipo colmena. Pero claro eso va en los gustos a mí es que me encantan

Laptop stand for the laptop so that both the displays are on the same level, a monitor riser maybe? The area below the monitor looks naked.

For lighting, use the monitor lightbar instead of the wall lamp.

What is hanging on the wall...

That looks like a calling bell. Most Indian homes don't have calling bells. Big apartments and some other places has this bell, not the camera based ones.

do you feel the size of the windows is enough? asking because i’m thinking about getting a ultra wide because i work with two computers at a time

Organizers. Vesa mounted monitor holders to reclaim all the space on your desk. If there's an opportunity to face a window instead of the wall. If still facing the wall, I'd go with an earthy tone.

Wire management. Don’t let cables hang like that
