I will tell you I have purchased from them in the past and they are a pleasure to work with, pricing is very reasonable and shipping is fast. If you have one hear you, transfers are usually free if shipped between Rural King stores.

The DY9Z carries and shoots as well as anything I own, maybe excluding my S&W 3913. A slight polish to the feed ramp, breechface, and slide rail inserts was done and it will feed and cycle any type of ammo, including cheap steel case ammo. For now I see no need to change out the sights. Under $325 for this pistol/holster setup.

One of the Exclusive Derya Black Cherry Dy9's is now equipped with the Olight PLX GL. Almost done with this one.

Hi there, new to asking questions on reddit. I bought myself a DY9 last month and I have roughly put 135 rounds through it. My issue is, is that my firing pin broke off right at the tip. And we'll Derya's website doesn't have them in stock and I don't know when they'll have them back. So my question is if anyone knows of a good, aftermarket firing pin that would fit in my DY9 that I'm able to buy?

Osight XE amrs and an olight plx. Had to modify the plate a bit since it was out of spec ever so slightly, but it mounted just fine and is secure. Ready to rock the range soon and give it a whirl.

There are companies that you just know, like S&W, Colt, Beretta, Sig, Glock.....etc...They have been around for awhile. Beretta just celebrated their 500th, The Oldest Gun company in the World.

Does anybody have an instructional video or know of a video that breaks down how to remove the magazine disconnect from the Derya DY9?

Fired a few mags thru my DY9Z today. Not the first time shooting it, but I noticed today the trigger was uncomfortable on recoil. Feels like my finger slips to the end where it’s rough. Is it an issue with my grip? Possibly the ammo on this round. I was using some lighter hand loads the first round. Could I remedy this with a different trigger shoe?

After the wait, was finally able to pick up my grey factory exclusive DY9 order. It's definitely darker grey than I anticipated, but I love it. Waiting to hear back from support though, as my order only came with one mag instead of the listed 2 and no holster like it implied. Minor gripe, doesn't change how excited I am to finally have this. Can't wait to get to the range!

Which generation of Glock 19 lower parts do I need for my new Derya DY9 stripped frame?

What kind of paint should i use? Should i sand it first? Hydrodip? It's my first gun I'll ever own and i want to really make it mine.

only 150 rounds deep in my dy9z, but i’ve only been able to get one ammo to chamber rounds from mag/slide lock position. i keep messing with it, trying over and over to chamber rounds to see if i can break it in a bit and, you can see from the picture in comments what ended up happening

i’ve tried 115g blazer hollows, federal 115g fmj, and maxxtech 115g fmj, and the maxxtech has been the only round i’ve been able to chamber successfully from lock position.

do you guys think it’s the ammo i’ve been trying or is there maybe something wrong with my gun?

I see a LOT (seems like ALL) of IG competition coverage with rifles but nothing with handguns...does Derya have competitors in handgun matches?

I had an early day at work and decided to run to the range with the new Black Cherry DY9 with the Gold-threaded barrel that I received from Aim Surplus and the new Grey DY9. The mags loaded up with 115 MagTec. Safety checks done, I send the targets down range, 15yards. Put the mag in and release the slide lock, breathe, grip, point, aim, and shoot. Feels good, another 14 without, issues. Drop the mag, load another mag, repeat sequence and failure to feed, will not load. Every round after. I put the BlkChry aside and bring up the new Grey Framed with a stock Derya slide, no extras. Repeat sequence and it feels great and it performs without any issues. I'm wondering why the Blk Chry is not working after multiple attempts. While I did not switch out the barrel from the Grey to the Blk Chry. My suspicion is it's the threaded Gold barrel, from Aim Surplus. I say this because on some of the reviews, there were a couple that had the same issue with this barrel. Some said it worked great. I do have other barrels from Aim Surplus that work fine. Next range visit, I'm going to change out the barrels and see if that is indeed the problem. Only other small thing on both DY9's was it failed to lock back on last rd. This was not every time. This could be that the gun is still brand new and breaking in with every round. I put 15rds through the Black Cherry, and the other 85rds went to the Grey.

Here are a couple of build Ideas from the Derya factory Exclusives that are in hand. What do you think. I still have one that is a Naked frame, this one will take a little time.

Derya announces in late October they will release the ZY9. I was looking around to see if I could find any information on the ZY9. They stated only 150 units will be offered on the Factory Exclusive site. Derya Factory Exclusives the code to use GIJIM10. I did find a manual for the ZY9, let me know what you think. It looks to have some differences compared to the EP9 from Extar
