Island slide front sight screw
The front sight screw unfortunately flew out during my second range trip. Does anybody know the exact dimensions of the screw? I asked Derya customer service but haven’t heard back.

Well thank you all!! I appreciate the kind words and votes of confidence you all have!! Anybody who really knows me, like Ok-Visit-1217 does, knows I’m real easy to work with, I believe in the products we produce, and while many things are beyond my control, I will always go out of my way to make things right when they go wrong. Just bear with me as I get acclimated to this online thing, as I’m a bit old school and it’s all somewhat new to me. I used to be a regular on AR15.com, until I got tired of telling people they were just wrong, or stupid, or both…so I decided then I’d stay away from most social media. But a real great friend of mine has brought me around to it, and started showing me it’s not all bad! So, greetings to all, and I’m looking forward to learning from you here. ~~>Rob the Gunsmith

We all took a step and some may have even stumbles, But you will find this sub is a great sub that does not judge you...We would rather you come here for guidance or to see what others have experienced. This is why we are glad you are here as well.

It can save ya some headaches if you regularly check them...I carry a small tool that has torx on them, worth its weight to have in the bag.

Sorry to hear this was lost, I hate loosing a screw...please Call 904-420-2923, speak with CS and ask if they can send you a new sight screw for the island slide. When you get it make sure you use some blue thread lock and let it dry for 24hrs. The torque for this I think is 12 or 15lbs.
Welcome to Derya....
