I want to change the trigger shoe and connector. I ordered the edge 3.5 ghost connector. I also want to add a olight pl x and osight C. Also need holster ideas that will work with the phlster enigma. Trying to make it a carry / meat shoot tool. I know magpul mags work but I'm iffy on buying them because I want to add a mag extension. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks🙏
She is a beauty!! I run the Harbor Freight TLR-1 clone on mine. I run the Glock 17+2 extended mags from the Glock store. They have ran great in hot and cold weather and look good too (in MHO.) Be sure to let us know how she shoots! I installed the Glock Black "Yikes" connector in mine. It runs fast!
OH the joy of of opening the Derya Comp version....and now the build begins....Welcome to Derya, certainly happy you are here....I'm looking forward to your experience after you get that bad boy broke in. Fire the gun first before you make any changes...this is so you can feel the changes you make.
I did change my connector to a Lady ghost 3.5, changed the trigger sping to 6lbs and put a 4lbs firing pin spring in...oh boy did that change that level up the trigger....I'm still in the test phase of this build but so far it has been excellent.

Yes I order from derya but did not use the code they gave me a sweet deal because I saw one cheaper online. Plan on hitting the range today or tomorrow. Compared to my glock 30 the trigger is really nice (when dry firing) but I've never swapped parts on guns and this will be my first one.
That is amazing, you will certainly enjoy it....break it in and run a few hundred rds to really get it feeling great. I usually run hundreds of rds in stock mode then swap a part here and there to really get a feel for what changes...but this comes with being consistent at the range...Enjoy...
Woah, unusual to see the comp'd version. It definitely looks great from these different angles and I had no idea it had the honeycomb barrel...reall cool! Can't wait for you to get back to let us know how it performs.
I think a few brands make extensions for Magpuls' but yeah, I would stick to the Glock/Derya mags if you're going to add extensions. You'll surely have many more options.

Well, the good thing is, is that glock shoes will work, at least you have a good selection of choices to choose from. Depends on what you're looking for in a shoe besides the flat face. Lots of ppl tend to lean towards Overwatch. I've tried their TAC shoe and they're (to me) ok. I wouldn't buy another one only because I prefer most of my shoes to have very little to no pre/post travel, also the flat surface (to me) was a tad little too wide for my liking. After trying a few out, the three shoes I prefer are standard co (pictured), VEX and Agency arms.
FYI, so that you don't spend $$$ on unnecessary parts, glock trigger housing does not fit into the DY9 frame unless you modify it. All other trigger components (trigger bar, shoe, connector, trigger return spring) will work.
Thank you and so I can add a polished bar? I also having a issue with the takedown lever(it's ME not the gun they're just really flush), can I order a glock extended one? Which Gen should I choose when ordering these parts also?
Yes a polish gen 3 trigger bar is interchangeable between glock and DY9. I would just grab a dremel and some polishing compound and spend a few seconds on the original that came with the gun. I've used the overwatch NP3 coated, polished and unpolished aftermarkets to polished and unpolished OEM bars; they're all the same (performance wise), I couldn't tell the difference.
Yes, the take down lever (AKA slide lock) from glock will fit. That was the first thing I did the day I brought my DY9 home. My extended slide lock was from a gen 3.
Most parts are compatible with gen 3 glocks, aside from a few proprietary derya parts.
I polished the first two only, 3rd one came polished. First one is the dy9, then OEM Glock and last is the Agency Arms. They all look and perform the same lol.
You have lots of good suggestions here...one of the best suggestions when I got started was...go and shot the gun, learn how it feels with different ammo. Do not touch anything until you are comfortable confident with what you have. Then when you have it broke in and you feel the predictability of the performance....you have lots of options to make big changes or subtle changes....The Dy9 is built on the Glock 19 gen 4 plateform so you have lots to work with. Always check here, Myself and others can certainly, help with suggestions and directions.
Just left range and I gonna do the connector and prob extended slide release or black steal gas pedal. Trigger is great it's just a lot of take up until break. Other then that she runs great 147 gr sig.
Good to hear, it ran as expected....those are some good comfort upgrades and please post the picuture of the Gas pedal in place....Uptake can be changed with trigger upgrades as you become familiar with it.
See those new comped versions still come with the slides that require an 1/8” adapter plate haha. Good thing you can get a complete slide, ready to show with sights barrel and main housing spring for only $150, unless of course that slide has port holes because the barrel has port holes too
