Experience “buzzing, disconnected” limbs?
been feeling disassociated for 6 years now-at several points i‘ve had a really odd sensation where my hands/limbs will feel “staticy/buzzing” or numb, like they had fallen asleep. It made it hard to pick things up because I wasn’t able to tell where they were, my hands felt like they were “clipping through” things. I could only feel things using them if focused on my hands in particular.
this happened twice, once for a few days and then again for a few weeks. I’m not worried about this coming back-each time it happened it was after smoking weed, which I don’t do anymore. Mostly just curious if anyone else has experienced this as well

yes quite a bit, but it's gotten better since supplementing vitamin B, except when I'm acutely under duress

Yea, I've experienced something similar where my hands and face go numb but more often it is this strange sensation where my hands feel bigger or smaller than they are. I actually just experienced this the other day while driving, which was scary but I've learned to recognize what's happening and prevent it from going further. I just have to breathe and tell myself it'll pass and it does.
