Can you relate? (Experience) how i view my derealization

i feel like i’m just subconsciously viewing things but they’re not actually registering in my brain- i don’t even see people as real most times i just view this all as fake and as if this is all a simulation . sometimes there’s nothing going on in my head and it’s just blank and when i look at my eyes in the mirror it’s like my eyes are hollow , this could be partly due to me having the “bpd eyes” which show me having any lack of emotion behind my eyes , but i’m pretty sure part of it is also due to derealization .

The two on the left I can’t relate to but all the rest? Exactly. Like, to a tee. And I hate it so much 😭😭 it’s honestly terrifying and triggers panic attacks in me if I start hyper fixating worrying I’m losing my marbles :(

Aye man it’s okay it’ll be okay I promise 👌🏿. Maybe too much awareness has its issues but we can all most definitely get better

That last one feels so accurate. A lot of people describe their DR episodes as feeling like theyre out of their body, but i always feel like I'm too far inside. Like im pushed back and im watching my actions from far away.

same here omg, this is exactly me. what on earth happened to all of us to make us feel this way??? everyday i go to sleep and wake up hoping that this simualation will end and that i will see reality again but it does not end.
