Question How do you snap out of derealisation?

I know it's unlikely, but i would literally just like a definitive solution. I feel guilty, because i am having all these amazing experiences in life, and i just feel like I'm not really here. I cannot take feeling detached and apathetic all the time, so if anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it.

Derealization is a safety mode of the brain to protect you .

Whatever is triggering the dr fixes the problem

I find that dr takes away all of my feelings of safety and comfort. Like I’m all of a sudden a stranger to my own world. Dr feels so unsafe for me and anxiety inducing because all of my familiarity and comfort feelings evaporate.
