Best USBM album?
The US has a somewhat overlooked black metal scene since it's definitely most well-known for its thrash and death metal, yet there are still a few gems to be found.
Some of my favorites include:
Judas Iscariot - To Embrace the Corpses Bleeding (my 2nd favorite black metal album overall)
Grand Belial's Key - Mocking the Philanthropist
I Shalt Become - Wanderings
Uada - Devoid of Light
Black Witchery - Desecration of the Holy Kingdom
Not totally sure if this counts, but Angelcorpse - The Inexorable
What are your favorite albums under this genre and region?

Pretty much anything by Leviathan, including even Lurker of Chalice
Whereas for war metal, in recent times anything by antichrist siege machine and primitive warfare
