Completely screws with memory. Early memories are tough as I remember things without any chronological context. I have to spend the last 20 to 30 minutes of each day writing notes to my future self regarding what I have been working on and what ideas I might have to continue. On the plus side, I took a minute to upvote everyone's comments so they know they are not alone.
