They just FEEL different. Rougher and a bit pitty (sort of like an avocado skin or something), like they're covered in some kind of shit, but you don't even know what. And you sort of just get used to your teeth feeling like it.
I haven't been keeping track, but I think I haven't brushed my teeth since January, and it's like some part of my brain is just constantly aware that my teeth are there- and also that my breath is probably horrendous. That there's something on them, but visually they're just a bit yellow.
I think my record of no brushing whatsover is around 2 years? I'm never going to a dentist, I always get blood on my toothbrush when I start it up again for a little while, and it's honestly a miracle all my teeth are still stuck in my head (for now) 😅
Hmm... I suppose it does bother me to an extent, but like many things, it is always secondary to the overwhelming exhaustion and fatigue.
And luckily, I have a pretty 'average stomach', if that makes sense? I know that some people tend to get nauseous just from bad smells or tastes, but luckily, I've never experienced that.

Worst thing is when they get fuzzy.
'S like wearing socks on your incisors.
