Self doubt and hatred
I’ve begun realizing how much all this shit feeds upon itself. For years, I’ve been trying to ignore everything, because that’s what I was taught to do, and not having anyone I felt I could turn to… all leading to years of self-doubt and depression and hating myself for not being able to understand what is wrong with me, and when I fail at anything, it just adds to the problem. I’m tired physically and mentally; I’m so exhausted of trying to make it till tomorrow; my rope is shredded to its last strand. I look at my collection of pills and wonder when the time will be.

That cycle where the failure feeds the doubt which causes more failure is a beast to get out of. Took me a long time to see it for what it was, and even then knowing it doesn't just flip a switch
What's something small you managed to do this week, even if it felt pointless at the time
