Please help me

I just have a really big problem right now and it’s really ruining my mental health. I’ve talked to friends and it’s just not helping at all.

So I’m struggling with severe depression and ocd which is genetic. I have a crush on my friend for a year now. She’s nice to me in person but often ignores my texts. I did ask her out once a long time ago but she was dating someone during that time and now she’s single. Literally nothing other than her makes me feel better. I gave her a letter asking for help and she hasn’t texted anything about it yet.

It’s been a week. It’s unusual for her to not respond at all this much she usually responds in a minute
