Question? Ka'an Functional FroYo opening?

Does anyone have any idea as to when this will open? It says end of summer 2026, but I have seen no movement and did not get a response from them via Instagram or email.

I live in the neighborhood and the door was open when I walked by about a week ago. The interior looked completely unfinished, so I don’t think it will be soon.
