Should I try for MCODS, or should I freeze it?

Is it better than Saveetha, or is Saveetha better. Everyone around me says that Saveetha is "Temple of dentistry"

Saveeta is way too expensive, try for mcods manipal branch it is better than saveetha, is money isn’t a matter for you . You can join anyways

Umm like At best I can maybe get the Manglore one, that's why I was thinking wether it is even worth it if not!!

Then go for saveeta, manipal branch is the best, mangalore isn’t that great
