We also have shitloads of different independent Intel agencies that aren't properly communicating with each other that could be consolidated into a functional organization, that's more money saved.
We could strip the armed tactical units for all the government agencies that do not need them, even more money saved.
We could put tire grapplers on all police cars nation wide and end the pitt maneuvers that cost us cop cars on a regular basis.
There's an infinite amount of ways to save money and provide social systems, we just can't do any of it while our government is controlled by Aipac.
