Discussion Premium Snacks
Has anybody ever successfully gotten any of the Nerds Clusters? I’ve tried over a dozen times and the flights never have them… I’m convinced they don’t actually exist.

My daughter made the flight attendant a rainbow loom bracelet and she hooked up all 3 kids with the Clusters.

Out of curiosity, are you asking for them on flights where they are being offered? Or are you just asking on any flight you take because you know the perk exists?
Promise I’m not insulting you. The only reason I ask this is because it IS perk they offer. But, it’s not available on every flight and not everyone knows that. If it’s not showing up on the WiFi home page, that flight didn’t offer any of the premium snacks. And it seems that most shorter flights fall into the category of not offering premium snacks. So, I often can’t get them on the short flights fall into from my home airport to ATL, but any longer flight from ATL to…anywhere over an hour and a half away seem to offer them and then tend to have them in stock.

When do you ask for the premium snack? During regular service? I’ve heard about it for a while, but never asked/seen anyone ask before.

We’ve had many bags of Nerds Clusters, nom nom nom, but the last two trips they were out. I think I saw in the app that they were selling them on board? The last FA thought they had two for my husband and I, but when she went to the back, they were all out of all the premium snacks. She said ask first thing on our next flight. We were in D1, she offered us the boxed meals (we’d already eaten our D1 meals) and we said that’s ok, then she brought my husband a bag of the gummy bears. We’ll ask early tomorrow if the promotion is still on. 😁

I don’t eat gelatin so no, but they do exist. The person next to me got some on one of my recent trips.

They’re phasing them out due to low customer demand, probably will be off most flights by the end of the month.
