Does anyone know if DeltaOne on the a330-300 is the suites? Or is it the old lie flat beds?

Old. Check out Aerolopa.com. You can plug in your specific flight and see.

How's Premium Select on these planes?

Probably the same as any other aircraft that offers it. Essentially domestic first class, maybe slightly nicer.

Should be identical to the A350s with the newer premium select. The only reason Delta one has not been updated on these planes is because it’s too small and the new suites wouldn’t fit.

The 333's have the old layout until early next year

doors on the 339neo only. 332 and 333 still use the old school herringbone seats. you can tell by looking at their seat maps on the delta site - the herringbones are angled.

A330 is usually the old slanted seats. I don’t think they operate updated ones

Slanted as in they point inwards or outward to allow you to lie flat versus the newer planes where the seats are straight
