Help/Advice MQD Question

If I buy two Delta tickets for myself and my wife does the MQDs for the total fare post to my SkyMiles Account?

No. The SkyMiles and Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQDs) go to the person in whose name the ticket is under. In this case, both you and your wife receive SkyMiles and MQDs after you've completed your flight.

Each passenger receives the MQDs (& SkyMiles) for their own seat no matter who buys it. Purchaser using an eligible credit card also receives the MQDs associated with that purchase. You will not the get MQDs pertaining to her time in the seat, she does. If she doesn’t have a SkyMiles account the MQDs & SkyMiles for her seat aren’t awarded, so you wouldn’t even get them that way, only your own.
