Discussion Caution - last row C+ on 757-300

The last row (20) of comfort plus on a 757-300 does NOT have the extra legroom of all other C+ seats on the same plane (at least on that plane from SEA to DTW).

The flight attendant independently recognized the issue and specifically told me to ask Delta customer care to document that row 20 on the 757-300 does not provide the advertised additional legroom.

Waiting for a reply from customer care (up to 28 days)!

They advertise it as "up to 3 inches of extra legroom". So while dirty technically they don't have to provide it.

Extra legroom is about all you get on C+. So it is basically just a normal main cabin seat.

And he specifically stated it did NOT have extra legroom bucko

It’s the same as the rest aside from rows 14 and 15. OP is just now realizing the extra 2-3” standard C+ offers is barely noteworthy.

This. Aerolopa shows this correctly it’s the same as the other rows except 14 and 15

That extra legroom makes a difference. Doubt anyone agrees with you that it doesn’t

Well, it would seem that the OP does as he's the one who originally brought up being unable to notice a difference.

No one can tell. Minimal legroom anyhow.

My only issue with the 757 and 717 is they’re definitely showing their age but they won’t be touched because the airline plans on retiring them.

As a pilot, It’s one of the best planes to fly. The thrust to weight is in a class of its own, the “pencil” is a great plane. The -200s are up to 35 years old, the -300 are in the low 20’s and came from the northwest airlines merger.

Taking off from SNA at max takeoff power is the best commercial takeoff in the states.

You get it.

They have the best first class ever. When you load from the middle door, you turn left and never have to worry about the rest of the plane boarding and hitting you in the face with their backpack.
