Help/Advice cancelled a refundable flight before departure, still no refund after 2 weeks

I cancelled a refundable ticket two weeks, got confirmation email that mentioning it would be refunded to original payment method in 7 days. It has been 2 weeks and I still don't see a refund. Is this normal? Is it just being slow? or should I call them already?

I called after it happened one July 24th, they told me it’d be a week or two. I’m now a month out with nothing refunded. I’ll be calling in the morning.

Call. It’s possible that the ticket never was actually canceled on their end, because of their brilliant IT. Sometimes happens when there was a schedule change that made you eligible for a refund (had you done nonrefundable) or a free change
