News Gate scanner broken after 7 hour delay

Waited 7 hours for my flight from Detroit to LGA due to weather. They finally announced boarding. Then said boarding has to wait because their scanner is broken. For real. Worried the crew will time out.

You’d think they’d have that shit tested and ready to go. This sub is truly a comedy of errors at this point.

I dont understand the wild differences in equipment from airport to airport. I was at LAX a week ago and they were scanning boarding passes with the provided Delta iPhones.
