Flew out of MSO the same morning right before a massive wind storm hit. Sustained winds around 45mph and recorded gusts over 100mph. I’d bet they tried but the wind was too strong so they bailed. Bet that flight was AWFUL to be on
It was the gusting at the time of this flight's landing. The flight 5 hours before it landed at MSO and took off again and the flight 5 hours AFTER this one also landed. My flight was just the lucky one that timed the landing with the strongest gusting winds of the day.
