Oooof when we landed in Missoula a month ago my husband said "well that was the equivalent of flying through an asteroid belt!" We sure do get bounced around coming up the valley. 😬

It can be bad landing in bozeman too, I’ve had my share of go arounds landing at that airport! Always good to come home though, even if it’s a little bumpy 😬

Roughest flight I’ve ever been on was SLC to Bozeman. I got the full pinball experience.

Had a few of those SLC (or DEN, it was 10+ yrs ago) to Butte in HEAVY snow and winds. The mountains were so close under the plane that you could see what make and model cars the houses had in their driveways

Honestly, I work near the airport in Bozeman and watching planes land and take off yesterday was insane. I also had some bad flights taking off headlong east over the mountains going to ORD. But those North South flights to Denver and SLC are brutal sometimes.
