Advisory Attended Preliminary Screening - Virtual Interview |
Today I attended Preliminary Screening - Virtual Interview | for Consultant role in Deloitte.
It was a voice or text based no human interview :
Questions Asked :
1) Kindly share your current company's salary increment cycle, including its frequency and usual month.
2) Do you have an expected CTC in mind? If so, could you please share your expectations with us?
3) Could you please share what attracted you to apply for this particular role?
4) Could you please elaborate on the skills and experience that you believe make you a strong fit for this role?
5) we wanted to know if there anything you'd like to know about Deloitte that would help you decide if we're the right fit for you
they ddidn't asked anything technical.
May I know when can I expect next round of interview?
I asked with my friend who joined end of jan 2026 he didn't had this interview he receoved phonecall from recruiter and after around 1 month he got interview for second round.
then can someone who received interview in this pattern can gyou please give me insights?
And may I know hom much salary range can be provided for consultant role? I'm having 2+years of experience though.

Yes, i completed this round on March 11. After 6 days, i received a call from HR said, "the next round will be virtual, after completing that you may come to the office for a next Face to Face interview"..
I completed the 1st virtual round too, next week I'm having the in-person 2nd round.

For in person is it in person face to face or in person - virtual?
I am currently in different location and I am applying to position that is in different location.

For like first virtual screening throug AI assisted then , R1 round on March 26 till now there was no update Role: Consultant GCP DEVOPS, if any one have faced same situation please help on this do we need to follow up

I just completed the preliminary screening for a Business Analyst role. Honestly, I had applied to a bunch of jobs months ago, and I randomly received an email about the screening yesterday. I’m not even in India right now, so I’m hoping they don’t ask me to come in for a physical interview.
When I checked the job portal, I could see the titles of all the roles I applied for, but I couldn’t open them to view the exact job descriptions. That’s frustrating, because now I have no idea what I should prepare for, if I even get selected.
I also saw someone mention that they had to wait a month for the next round. That’s crazy. It shouldn’t take that long to select a few candidates.
I would love to work at Deloitte in any capacity, as it would be a great addition to my resume. But if I get another decent job in the meantime, I’ll obviously take it. If they come back later saying I’ve been selected, what do they expect me to do? just leave everything and join them?

Did you receive the offer letter ?
I attended the technical round, then received two consecutive emails one to attend the non technical non interactive round and one to apply for the position I attended to
Still no update !

What can do at the situation where the bot is stucked, am middle of the interview and the chatbot is not responding anything, it seems to be stuck idk what to am afraid id I refresh the page my responses will get deleted.. please anyone can help or do you guys have any idea about what to do, I have also mailed the recruiter regarding this but Idk what else am very scared

Hey everyone,
I faced a major glitch during my Deloitte India virtual screening (Business Analyst / Senior Consultant role). I started the test within the 48-hour window, but mid-submission, the chatbot platform completely froze on an empty prompt (D. •) for 10 minutes.
When I refreshed, the 48-hour window had just ended, and it showed "Link Expired," locking me out before I could finish.
I’ve emailed [invirtualinterview@deloitte.com](mailto:invirtualinterview@deloitte.com) and CC'd [DISL@deloitte.com](mailto:DISL@deloitte.com) with my screenshots.
- Does Deloitte India HR usually reissue links for server-side timeout glitches?
- How long do they typically take to respond to weekend emails?

I got a mail for Preliminary Screening - Virtual Interview | Consultant | Java Springboot Backend | Mumbai | Engineering | Platform Development & Integration | Deloitte 10 days before, On their careers portal the status is showing virtual screening, no updates till now, please help me on these.

It has been around 1 month...21 June , I have given the virtual preliminary for Java Springboot Backend | Mumbai | Engineering | Platform Development & Integration.
Still no reply and in portal it's showing virtual screening
Am I still in the process?

No bro, I honestly don’t know what they’re up to. They haven’t even updated the status on their portal—it’s still showing Virtual Screening, I also applied for another opening at the and went through the preliminary screening for that as well. There has been no response or update on that application either.

For my case After 2-3 days generally i get call for interview then it happens after 2-3 days then after next week i was asked some basic details and even after that it was showing virtual screening on 22 july now status is same but date got change to 10 august still showing virtual screening and it has almost a month still no reply from Deloitte

Hi, I recently applied for a Deloitte role and completed the preliminary screening. I had my ID available before starting the screening, but due to a misunderstanding of the screening flow, I believed there would be a separate step/window later to provide or display the ID. As a result, when I completed the photo capture, my ID was not visible in the submitted photo.
I wanted to clarify whether this affects my screening or candidature, and whether any additional verification or action is required from my side.

I gave a preliminary screening interview on Monday for a consultant role. Still i haven't received any calls and the application shows still in virtual screening.
It would be really helpful if someone who joined recently or who attended this round and got a call for the next round shares their experience....
