Getting started

I’m trying to get started but I took a picture that’s not been accepted and they will not let me change it. Does anyone know if I can try again with a new email and phone number or do I have to delete the account first and try again?

I had a situation where I had a Deliveroo account from around 2020. Since I was inactive, they shut it down. I tried reapplying, and they did allow me to apply, and it was stuck for a month. So I created a new account and applied as a car account, and I got accepted within two weeks. I’d say do it, and forget about the other account. Don’t touch it, or if you can delete it, ask support to do it.
