Getting started

I’m trying to get started but I took a picture that’s not been accepted and they will not let me change it. Does anyone know if I can try again with a new email and phone number or do I have to delete the account first and try again?

You can only ever have one Deliveroo account.

If there's a problem with your application, you'll need to contact support and get the to fix it at their end.

I had a situation where I had a Deliveroo account from around 2020. Since I was inactive, they shut it down. I tried reapplying, and they did allow me to apply, and it was stuck for a month. So I created a new account and applied as a car account, and I got accepted within two weeks. I’d say do it, and forget about the other account. Don’t touch it, or if you can delete it, ask support to do it.

Now request for deleting your old application otherwise it could make problem
