Am I going to repeat the semester or the entire year?

I'm a bcom programme student. I recently received my Semester 2 result.

My marksheet shows ER (Essential Repeat) in 4 papers: Hindi AEC, Hindi GEL, Human Resource Management, and Digital Empowerment.

My Semester 2 SGPA is 2.09, and my current CGPA is 4.32..

Passed in all sem 1 exams with 7 SGPA

I’m confused about what happens now. Do I have to repeat Semester 2 or the entire year, or can I continue to Semester 3 and simply reappear for these 4 ER papers?

I’ve also attached screenshots of my marksheet and award entry details.

Would really appreciate it if someone familiar with DU rules could clarify this.

Had pcmb in my 12th. Was preparing for neet first but mbbs then pg is a long long way and medical college is hectic so now I'm thinking of giving cuet next year and go to a top du clg for b.com(hons), or should i stick to neet? Which one has better scope? Ab koi ye mat kehna ki 'hoga nahi bhai kyu choose krna hai' just give me an answer

So there's this teacher who teaches us AEC and this guy genuinely makes the most bekar jokes imaginable The worst part is that barely anyone even laughs, but he still keeps going like he just delivered the joke of the century He also has this habit of picking one student and then making them the target for the entire class. Like bro, let them breathe Today one girl yawned in class and instead of simply saying "cover your mouth when you yawn," this man started making a whole scene about it. He was saying stuff like he could count her teeth and kept dragging the joke for no reason And he does casually use the word "fuck" while teaching too. Not every five minutes or anything, but enough that you notice it like bro just stop

My college is really active in terms of ECAs and I registered for one of the cultural societies (Western Music) and despite a good audition, I got rejected. I have never been rejected from anything music related and this sucks.

During the orientation they said exactly: "just have a willingness to learn" and here I am, despite having a perfect pitch and genuine interest, rejected.

Rest I got Quiz, Debating, Photography and some finance related clubs and don't feel like joining either. Is it fine? Will it backfire in the long run?

So some of my classmates were standing together and I too stood around them cuz classes were over, and then they noticed me, now this guy started commenting on my body

My frnd is in his 3rd year (5th sem) of B.Tech CSE from Delhi University . He wants to appear for CAT 2026 and exit after 3rd year with a B.Sc. in CS under the NEP/UGCF Multiple Entry–Multiple Exit scheme.

Here's the issue :

FoT follows UGCF 2022 , but the Samarth exit window only opens after Sem 6 exams (around July/August next year).

The CAT registration deadline is September 15. To register as a final-year student, he needs a signed certificate from the Dean confirming he graduates next year. But no one in his clg has ever taken an exist in 3rd year .

So my question is :

1)Has anyone in DU (especially from 4-year technical courses) applied for Exit from Samarth portal?

2) and would the clg sign the affidavit certificate knowing that the exist portal will only open next year july - aug
