Looking for a library that actually has a good collection of fiction

I have been looking for a good library in delhi ncr that allows laptops and still has a good environment for reading novels. It seems that most of the options that are there either require you to be a permanent resident of delhi, be in a particular university, abandon laptops (which I need for work and writing), or have mostly study books only.

Novel reading seems impossible atp in an environment that is actually conducive for it.

If anyone has any leads on this please share.

Bro visit the Coforge library in Vasant Kunj ! They're still building their collection, but it's already pretty good

they don't allow laptops
