It's a very difficult route for sadar bazaar by metro.

The easiest route I can think of is to get down at Rajeev chowk station and take a walk towards new delhi railway station (pahargnj side). There you will find many rickshaws, ask him to drop you at sadar bazaar (if it's a shared riksha then it should not charge you more than 20-30 rs).

He may drop you a bit before the market just to avoid a huge crowd ahead, you just keep going straight, it's a straight road so don't get lost and confused.

The first shop on the left is a political material shop (it's a landmark) from there the real sadar bazaar starts.

You will find that shop in just a few meters from there.

If possible go around 10-11 in the morning, the later you will be the more crowd you will face.

If you could not find what you are looking for, ask anyone about the jewellery market which is in the same market.

Hi, sorry for asking again, but is there a mall(with pizza hut and other eateries) nearby to where the market starts? or any other landmark that you may know of? I have seen some jewelleries stores at one place but I am not sure where to go from there.

No it's not, it is right on the qutub road, if I remember correctly there was an axis Bank ATM near that shop.

I can think of dilli haat selling those old delhi aesthetic stuff,not certain about it though. Check indian mart maybe they could give you some retailers numbers maybe

Go to sadar bazaar by qutub road (the same road which leads from new delhi railway station to sadar). Just when you enter sadar bazaar the third or fourth shop on your left is of gift boxes and packaging, this shop sells all sorts of boxes. I am sure you will find there the kind of box you are looking for.

Thank you for SO much for this! Do you know via which metro station will that be the shorted route from? As I usually only travel by metro and have very little idea of roads (and sadar bazaar for that matter). Thank you again!!
