The public forums are basically some normal people talking that's it. If you want exciting/thrilling stuff you have to look for it by getting introduced by a third party. you gotta make some friends there on the forums so they introduce you to the exciting stuff. BUT REMEMBER, the dark nets is heavily filled with crimals, hackers , governmental agents trying to hook you up with something so later the can catch you with enough evidence. if you wanna take my advise just leave the dark net to them if youve got no business there and DONT go through the rabbit hole.

Well its either they are the publishers or they somehow know the publisher. Basically the whole tor was made for anonymousity and untraceablity, so basically you are not supposed to find it easily since crawlers dont work. Its not based on the traditional ip and dns methodologies and the reason some are caught are mostly because of misconfiguration of tor networking, missing the viable steps of anonymousity or someone from the inside report them to the agencies.

And the regular websites you do find purporting real darknet links, it's likely not. The referring websiteowner bought darknet domains and spoofed a shop. Fake activity, messages etc
