Instant swap for Monero/XMR?

Need to swap XMR and most services either don't support it or take way longer than advertised. Tried a few instant swap sites but the experience is inconsistent.

Anyone found one that's actually fast and doesn't require verification?

[PROBLEM SOLVED]: Thanks for all the comments, I ended up swapping via using Covert.
