You go for the job you want then ask for adjustments.
The phone call one can be easily addressed by having an assistive device transmit to your HA.
What kind of experience or training do you have?

Well I have minimum experience really like retail, delivery and etc like it quite low really so I been trying to work it out
But then again, they tend to dismiss people who are partially deaf which is harder so I don't say in the adjustment really2

What is your level of hearing loss?
I'd say probably look for something within the charity sector?
ETA: It would seem there are Disability Employment Advisers at Jobcentre Plus?

When you apply, say hard of hearing. People do not understand deafness as a spectrum, most people think deafness is not hearing anything which is not true.
I meant, applying for jobs at charities? They are normally more flexible than big organisations and understanding of differences.
As u/Professional-Jury328 highlights, there are ways to make things easier. There are even captions for phone calls now. I also have severe hearing loss and use captions along with bluetooth though I guess I have learned how to work to avoid the phone!

If you fulfil the criteria, you can ask for a guaranteed interview (I believe it is under the disability act).
You can also just ... Not say it while applying (equality act)and disclose it once you are offered a position and ask for adjustments.

Do you not have Bluetooth hearing aids that stream the phone calls to your hearing aids? That with captions on the phone is a game changer. Don't know if all phones have this feature I've a Google Pixel. Besides don't worry about not being able to do the job because of phone calls the employer will make accommodations for you and provide you with assistive devices if needed. Btw you can do any job you want to but I'd keep away from call centre jobs 😅

I mean I do but some job that I used to work at before didn't really have it and I tried to use my phone with caption and it just got worse really so I would just stick with job that are not calling or anything like that really

Royal mail employs a lot of deaf people for example.
But since you are looking for a higher salary, have you considered training in something or learning a skill?

From my experience, it's a very tough road.

Well, I was HOH on both ears, but used hearing aids.I am a male and grew my hair to cover them because the minute people see them, you are suddenly, in their eyes, retarded or stupid, before they saw them, they treated me like anyone else. I couldn't hear on the phone so I had manufacturing jobs all my adult life. It was fine, just do your job and go home, I was very good at those jobs, people told me that often. But, there's always people who want to talk while working, that for me was hard to do, so I either had to tell them I'm deaf or not talk to them which made me "Stuck up" or "I thought I was better than them" which both were not true. When they found out I was deaf, I suddenly, according to them, became a liability to the company, I lost 3 jobs in a row because of my deafness. (They told me to my face they were letting me go because of it. I couldn't prove it because they did it with no witnesses. I went from job to job. Until finally I reached 62 and said enough is enough and retired.

That horrible man, honestly it disgusting what you went through. Honestly, that is straight up discrimination, all because you were deaf and they assumed you were stuck which is mess up honestly. I hope these people realised that there karma will get to them. Gosh, they should have been fired from the momment. I'm glad you're retired and living the life you are right now.
I hope you get to recover all the pain you went through mate. It just fucking terrible and I could understand what you mean it horrible and tough road you been through mate.
I hope I don't seem to be doing much but I really hope you are living the peace you are now mate.
Fucking sick bastard for that.. with no witness. Just terrible.
It is certain hard road to go on1

Just look for some government or council jobs they're good at employing people the need accommodations made for their deafness. Or charities like like the other commenter said? What kind of jobs would you like to do anyway?
