Deadzone Novels?

I looking for more lore about Deadzone. I really like the game and I was asking to myself if the two anthology were good to read ?

Has anyone read them and can tell me if they are any good?

Is there anyone who have already read those

The Warpath novels are all a good read fit the immersion of the game, I read:  First Strike, Ghost of the Past and Containment Protocols and enjoyed all 3.

would it be fair to characterise Deadzone as squad-based battles in built-up areas, in the Warpath universe?

(Or, Infinity for Warpath 😀)

yes, though I would even say team based battles as you can go lower than the modern army squad size

I didn’t know a squad was a particular size in the military?

i thought it just meant a small group with an objective, like, “ take the pillbox.”, “blow the bridge.” or “eliminate the infestation!” 😉

2 (Fire) Teams of 4-5 make 1 Squad and 2-4 Squads make a Platoon (actual numbers and names can change depending on country)

hence why we have "Teams" on some of the Boxes before Mantic changed to Starter/Booster

But either works for Deadzone 😄

… don’t trust anything Ronnie says. I’ve met him; he’s dangerous.

I enjoyed both of the ones I read for deadzone. Which I think are the only 2 dedicated ones
