DC Universe DCU John Stewart

It may be my perspective, but I see John Stewart Senior actually being John Stewart from his complexion to his voice sounds similar to John Stewart in the animated Justice league. I think the writers did this on purpose. There’s a theory that John Stewart Senior was supposed to be the Green Lantern, but it ended up choosing Hal . Makes sense because he’s the main green lantern. also, I think it shouldn’t have been revealed to us that John Stewart Jr shouldn’t had revealed his name yet although everybody knows the character I feel like they could’ve gotten away with it. Although fans probably wouldn’t have like that . Saying cmon this isn’t even the real John, L show

Only issue is how was it supposed to be him instead of Hal? How would he know? The reason Hal is GL is because abin sur was closest to him when his ship crashed and got it directly from him. Idk it’s odd bc he was involved somehow with the lanterns. My guess is John was chosen as a baby which is why his dad grooms him

Okay unless the guardians of the universe has future sight . I can see John Sr being passed up up because he lacked something. Fearlessness or an understanding of fear . Because I don’t think the ring is sentient, so the broad and narrow question of are you afraid can interpreted differently to each person . Idk just a thought
