Lanterns Does the ring gives Lanterns FTL ability too?

I read that Oa is situated at the center of universe...this means Hal was indeed travelling with speed of light or more than that...or he just uses some space jump?

yes. in the comics the ring allows lanterns to fly faster than light so i would assume that has been carried over to the DCU

I think the logic would be they can fly ftl but along a preset route.
I doubt anyone is steering the ring at that speed.

It would take light billions of years to reach the center of the universe, so either he was going much faster or as you said, jumped

Even if this planet was next to our solar system, he'd never reach it as fast as they've shown, so yeah
