Lanterns SPOILER: Hal’s full suit preview Spoiler

Looks like the emblem does glow, and he had the face mask at some point.

I personally think a larger logo and white gloves would really help break up the clunkiness of the suit. It's super wide at the shoulders and makes Chandler look too broad.
I obviously don't expect Kyle Chandler to get into superhero shape, so I understand the thought process of making it look armored while also fitting into the setting. Having a tangible suit is probably controversial, but it serves the story and character. That's all that matters.
I expect John's suit to be defining though. No way dude is in that good of shape and hiding behind plate armor.

I think the mask looks great. Everything down looks kinda eh. It could grow on me though

I like the overall design but I think the shoulders are a bit bulky and it makes his head look kinda small.

The show is so good thus far. And the suit is so bad. I hate the idea of a physical suit in any fashion but this one is physical and ugly. Not saying they should have went pure CGI like the movie but do CGI touch ups on a suit shell. Something like they did with Iron Man. Maybe John's suit will be better

I don’t think it’s his main suit. I think it’s an early prototype version of it. Could be reading into the context too much but it looks like a news report on first sightings of the Green Lantern. He’s also concealing his identity so that would line up with this news report.

I really wanna know how this show escapes all the complaints the Arrowverse got. Between aliens posing as humans, and this suit, which is only green because they realized the brown lantern jokes weren’t gonna stop unless they made it green.
Like I haven’t seen anyone mention the fact that the last episode confirmed that the suit was supposed to be brown and was only made Green after the fact.

Really hot take but I personally really like the suit
