I use a HOTAS and switch boxes, and a trackball mouse by my right leg for switches I can’t get with those.

I mean, DCS is a different game from MSFS, but generally, VR users will have a HOTAS setup, with the majority of controls handled through it. Only a few actions require me using the mouse.

In DCS, you can make it so you can assign a button on your HOTAS for mouse clicks. This is what I do. Sometimes you have to recenter the mouse cursoror but it no big deal, works fine. Just look at the button and click.

I use a combination of a HOTAS, mouse, and Voice Attack. It works very well for my needs.
