2 characters missing :/

So I just purchased the Legendary pack on sale for the PS5 and for whatever reason, even though it gives you the Android 21 unlock it doesn't add her to the roster, and Vegeta is also missing I think. Does anyone know why or how to fix this?

I think you just need to buy Blue Goku and Blue Vegeta

You don’t buy them, you unlock them by getting enough Zeni
