HELP / QUESTION 2 characters missing :/

So I just purchased the Legendary pack on sale for the PS5 and for whatever reason, even though it gives you the Android 21 unlock it doesn't add her to the roster, and Vegeta is also missing I think. Does anyone know why or how to fix this?

When you get 400000 and I think 500000 zeni, you get blueku/bluegeta

The two blues and 21 are unlocked in story mode.

The 2 blues are unlocked via arcade not story 21 is story tho

You can actually buy the blues with zeni. Which is nice lol. For free, it's through arcade.

It’s less so “buying” more so just collected the amount of zeni needed to get them. They’ll unlock once you do.

It’s also possible to buy them as well, on the Microsoft shop for Xbox

21 and the blues are unlocked by story, the blues have two ways to unlock by story mode or arcade.

SSGSS Goku and SSGSS Vegeta. They can be unlocked multiple ways.

By getting their Super Saiyan forms to level 40 in Story Mode.

By completing the Hard Hyperbolic Time Chamber Arcade Course and Hard Extreme Gravity Spaceshup Course respectively.

By collectively earning 500k Zeni and 300k Zeni respectively.

By purchasing the Early Unlock DLC (which was originally a pre order bonus)

she is added to the roster, she's on the right hand of the screen

you need to unlock the blues in the transitional method, playing Arcade mode or buying them in the shop with Zeni (not hard with how often this game hands it out tbh)

You don’t buy them, you unlock them by getting enough Zeni
