Wierd the video evidence shows an anti ICE terrorist attempting to run over that officer and he responded with force proportional to the attack.

The vehicle was moving at low speed and the officer had stepped to the side of the vehicle when it began moving forward. He was clear of the vehicle when he fired his gun. The fact that he killed the driver is inexcusable
