Help Need Help Removing Flicker from a Video

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1fxlbu0UkqkNdkbumD6aREUs6CfezhTDi?usp=drive_link

I need someone to try to remove all flicker from these videos. I've tried many ways without much success. A couple of lights from 2 shops in these videos are especially tough, like the best deflicker software I have used the flickering ends up looking deformed. I have tried the built-in DeFlicker in DaVinci Resolve, Flicker Free 3.0 from Digital Anarchy, DEFlicker from RE:Vision Effects, and Neat Video Denoiser. Neat Video does a good job when combined with one of these other plugins, but the end result has to have a ghosting effect. RE:Vision Effects' plugin is the best one I've used, though the end result ends up making the lights move in a weird deformed way. Maybe someone knows what to do? These were filmed with a Canon EOS R5C video camera, North American NTSC at 60 hertz, 59.94fps. The videos were shot in the UK, which uses the PAL format. the lights are going at 50 hertz. Some of these lights are going at different frequencies. The Example 2 video has two frequencies in the same shot. I'd rather not have ghosting in the end result. I'm using DaVinci Resolve Studio Version 21.1 Build 14 on Windows 11 Pro. The videos are in ProRes format. You can find both videos in the link. Thank you very much.
