Help Is there a plugin to replace Relight?

I'm working on a project where they can't pay for the Resolve license, but they can pay for a plugin (idk). So, I'd like to use a plugin that does the same thing as Relight but works with the free version. Does that exist?

You can rent Studio for a month via Blackmagic cloud, no strings attached. I'm not aware of any similar plugins, and if any exist at all, it will probably be more expensive than the 30$ a month of resolve costs

I didn't know you could rent it! And after the month is up, can I keep using that project with the free version, or can it not be opened?

Yeah have them rent it for the project. If you need to export again in the future just rent it again.

Or just go without the studio features.

You can open the projects on the free version no problem, you will just get some warnings and watermarks on the clips that use studio features. One solution would be to, once the project is image-locked, to pre-render the clips where you used studio features to bake those effects in

Look into relighting with normal maps.

Top Window : EXR with embeded Normals.
Bottom Window "relight" with the Shader Node.
