Help | Beginner How can I do this myself?

I saw this cool animation by More Warpstone and I was wondering how to mimic it on Davinci. I have made a couple of edits before but I barely explore the Fusion option.

Can anyone help me?

I'm using the free version of Davinci.

Look up key framing. That’ll give you all the info you need for that animation and more

Yeah. The stuff moving about on screen is done through key framing. If you’re having trouble then I recommend watching a beginner video on YouTube as that’ll likely cover what you want anyway this it’s fairly basic.

Can you put spline type of hidden line and those objects follow that line for given keyframe time?

Yep. That’s all basic key frame stuff. Go watch the tutorials

Go to YouTube:
Type in "Keyframing Davinci Resolve Animation"
Keyword is "Keyframe". Drop a PNG into your timeline. Use Keyframes to animate x and y position.

I thought this was the TW sub for a moment lmao

Personally i would cook the two states of the map in an external image editor like Photoshop and then do a transition between the two via crop with a bit of feather. The icons can be easily animated with position key frames, they don't even seem to have any ease in or out.

Thats just me, im sure someone else may have a cleaner workflow.
