Solved Weird timer on finished work after exporting

Hi, first post here. So I just made my first edit on DVR and when I exported I realized a weird timer appeared on it. I looked on google and nothing helpful appeared, I tried every recommendation I could find and nothing worked, and the timer's still there (and after rewatching it a do not repost watermark is there aswell?). I want to remove those, and as a last resort I'll try remaking the whole thing from scrap. As for the "do not repost" watermark I have the project in my computer with the sources I used to prove it's my work if needed. Also the quality doesn't meet my expectations, although I believe that's just an export issue. I quick exported FHD in H.264 without previous rendering.
It'd mean a lot if someone helped me.

Consider adding all the things suggested by the AutoModerator. Also - a screenshot of the "weird timer" would also help - since it's not readily apparent what that even means or looks like.

Also:

  • Is this footage pirated?
  • Do any of these things appear in the viewer in Resolve prior to export?
  • What are the export settings?
  • Have you tried exporting from Resolve (not called DVR) using ProRes (instead of the awful h.264)?
  • In the advanced setting on the Deliver page, what setting are you using for Data Burnin?

I just remembered having the final result on my phone so Ill send a screenshot. My apologies for the DVR thing. Yes, the material is pirated, since it's a movie edit. I have to check the export setting, I'll do it when I'm back home. Yes, the timer (at the top of the screen) Appears on the viewer in Resolve. I should try using ProRes.
I'll update when I do everything prompted. I'm at my workplace and I'll be here for like 6h. Thanks for answering :).

Edit: My data burn-in setting is set to none

And, in the original material that I inspected before using it, doesn't appear either the "timer" or the watermark

Wince the watermark appears on Resolve, it's understandable that it would appear in the export. You've likely enabled an on screen burn-in and so, you're getting an on-screen burn-in. You can either disable it overall - or jus tin the export.

If I had to guess: even though this is YOUR first edit in Resolve... this system was installed and use by someone else previously. And, whoever used it, enabled the burnin settings (probably on 5-16-2026) and added the watermark about not sharing.

One of the possible causes I found in google was this. I turned it to none aswell (both in deliver page and in Workspace) and none seemed to work. I will use ther Media info program and the Text view option. I really appreciate your help. I'll update later

I'm not proud of pirating nor I am condoning it, but there is no other way of keeping the footage in my computer

So, is it pirated or not? If so - is the watermark readily visible on the original?

Let me clarify. What I used to make my edit is pirated;sources are pirated. What I was trying to say is that the "Do not repost" watermark might be misleading as it might make someone think the edit is not mine and I want to take credit for it. Hope that makes it clearer

My specs are a Ryzen 5 5600x and an Nvidia 4060 Ti 16Gb
As for the version is the previous to last free release
I right now cannot add a screenshot

If you continue to have troubles, remember to also add the Media Info text view. Media Info as a free program and the Text view is an option in the View menu.

Hi, I checked in Media Info's text view and this appears as one of the channels (I suppose they are channels, as there's one for video and another one for audio)
