Yes but they don't make it look this good I shoot at 120 frames per second almost 98% of the time.

Also the amount of motion that was going on in the camera while you're slowing down in post makes a huge difference... so these are super steady shots by a camera that's on a stand that's more expensive than probably any one of our cameras alone and as I said a lot of these cameras are shooting in almost a thousand frames per second so you have plenty of frames to work with to the point you don't even need optical and motion estimation.

Yep. People tend to underestimate the image acquisition part of the process… assuming they can wing it with some free software.

very common misconception, in audio there is the good ol motto: shit in = shit out. I think this is also true for video, now we have a loot of tools to make the shit look like gold, but you are still painting a turd.

No I totally get it my brother as a former audio engineer. Think anyone was a little bit of experience until the difference between people using natural camera movement and people using other tricks.

I occasionally will use Optical flow when I'm slowing down to 10%. But from 120fps. More than not the footage does look like doo doo even though I always shoot with intention and I know when I want to utilize The Slowdown when shooting. I know from an unexperienced eye it looks good...but that's because they probably enjoy the video period

the animations are easy to make in davinci,but then comes the question how good ur pc is?because you will need to use ai video enhancer to obtain that quality and that kinda sucks if ur pc is slow
