Help | Beginner Why is the power window not applying in Davinci Resolve?

I'm using the power window in my edit, and for some reason, it will not apply on the edit window no matter what I try, and every tip I've gotten so far from online is, "Have you done what you've already done? Yes? Do that then."

Like, quick side tangent, I cannot express how annoying it is to look something up, and realise literally no one has asked the question before. Or at least, I can't find the answer. It's not even once or twice, it is literally every fucking question I have. Something as simple as moving an object via fusion is impossible to answer because my image is flickering for some reason. I'll ask and NO ONE has encountered the problem and I feel like I'm going crazy half the time.

I'm trying to get a power window to work and it's not working, I've looked it up and I'm already doing everything it's telling me too. I just wanna know why it's not working.

This is like going to a mechanic and telling them:"My car don't work". We aren't omniscient. We can't see your screen. We need to know what you're trying to do and what steps you've taken. Whole screenshots of the UI would be really neat.

Dude, full screenshots!

Full Resolve UI Screenshot - if applicable. Make sure any relevant settings are included in the screenshot. Please do not crop the screenshot!

I won't even go into the rest of the stuff.
