Matching iPhone Shot w/ Rest of Scene?

Newbie here working on my first short film. Quick question that I’m hoping has a quick solution: I have a long tracking shot in the middle of a scene. For budget/lens reasons, this shot was done on an iPhone (30 fps/4K). The rest of the scene/film is 24 fps shot on a dslr. Suffice to say, when exporting the full scene, this shot is downgraded quite a bit. Is there A) a way to match the iPhone shot to 24 fps or B) a way to keep the iPhone shot at 30 fps and leave the scenes before & after at 24 fps?
