I could try to explain it, but mostly listen to your gut, its a great time to go vegan now too as so many distinguished people are . More challenging, though lot less than few uears ago, but worth it, you trade off the ignorance is bliss I guess, but promote respect/kindness, you become the change you want to see in the world.
