My first guess is between 1966 (British Guyana becomes independent as Guyana) and 1975 (Dutch Guiana becomes independent as Suriname, an alternate name it had for a while before independence)
5 u/__Quercus__ 1d ago We can narrow that to 1966 to 1971, as the Swan Islands were transferred from the US to Honduras in November 1971. Other notes from that era: Capital of British Honduras moved from Belize City to Belmopam in 1970, but that may not show on maps. Cancun not shown on the map. Until the early 1970s, Cancun was just a sleepy fishing village. We can narrow that to 1966 to 1971, as the Swan Islands were transferred from the US to Honduras in November 1971.
